These terms explain how you can use WalletPlus — a simple offline app for managing lending, borrowing, and payment schedules.
You must be at least 13 years old to use WalletPlus. By installing or using the app, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement.
WalletPlus is a simple personal finance tool that helps users record money they lend or borrow, manage transactions, and set schedules or reminders for future payments. It does not provide banking, investment, or financial advisory services.
All data you enter into WalletPlus is stored only on your device. WalletPlus does not collect, upload, sync, or share any user data. Deleting the app may permanently delete all stored information.
You are responsible for the accuracy of all entries, including loan amounts, dates, names, and schedules. WalletPlus does not verify or validate your entries. You are also responsible for maintaining the security of your device, keeping your app-lock PIN private, and not using the app for any illegal activities.
WalletPlus is provided on an “as-is” basis. The app may contain errors or limitations, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. The app does not offer legal or financial advice. Any loss from incorrect entries or personal decisions is your own responsibility.
All trademarks, source code, designs, graphics, and content within WalletPlus are owned by the developer. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not redistribute, decompile, reverse-engineer, or resell the app or any portion of it.
WalletPlus currently does not use third-party analytics, ads, tracking tools, or external services. If these are added in the future, this document and the Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.
You may stop using WalletPlus at any time by uninstalling it from your device. We reserve the right to discontinue the app, or any feature within it, without prior notice. Termination does not affect data already stored locally on your device — that remains yours to keep or delete.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any dispute arising out of or relating to your use of WalletPlus shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Nepal.
We may update the app, its features, or these Terms & Conditions without prior notice. The latest version of these terms will always be available at the same URL provided during the app's Play Store submission. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
